A new force in Property Development founded by two local businessmen who saw a need for ethical and ecologically sound redevelopment of properties in the south of the Isle of Man.

Eammon Harkin and his co-director, Martyn Doherty are committed to building and restoring the rich architectural heritage contained within the classically designed buildings of the villages situated in the south of the Isle of Man.

Modern design and construction techniques will be combined sympathetically with the surrounding environs to create truly magnificent homes for the 21st Century.

IM9 Limited has already created a landmark development of 15 apartments in Port St Mary. This was completed in late 2008 and represents the most significant residential development in Port St Mary for many years.

IM9 Limited will use, wherever possible, local craftsmen and suppliers to ensure that the skills and businesses of the Island benefit from its development activities.
